Job description (overview)
To ensure the successful execution of the company’s project from initiation to completion, including developing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating resources, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
- Certification in Project Management (such as PMP) may be preferred.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders at various levels.
Hard Skills
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, and/or PRINCE2.
- Familiarity with renewable energy projects, particularly wind energy, and an understanding of the project lifecycle from development to commissioning.
- Ability to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and environmental considerations relevant to renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese communication (verbal and written).
Soft Skills
Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Team player. Financial acumen.
Requirement
Availability to travel as needed to project sites, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
