Mission: Reporting to the workshop manager, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of operators and ensuring the production of compliant products, following deadlines, volumes and production rates.
Key responsibilities:
- Integrate the production orders proposed by the ERP.
- Distribute tasks across the team.
- Control the quality of the product and assembly.
- Train and evaluate the team.
- Propose, implement and monitor actions to improve workstations (quality, productivity, ergonomics), involving the team in their implementation.
- Analyze, present and communicate your team's management indicators.
Profile / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (technical area).
- Professional experience managing production teams, preferably in the manufacturing industry (assembly).
Hard Skills:
- Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP).
- Working knowledge of the "continuous improvement" methodology.
Soft skills:
- Leadership skills.
- Rigour.
- Management of priorities.
Requirements:
- Availability to live in France.
- Fluency in French (verbal and written).
Other Conditions:
- Contract: permanent, full-time.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday / daytime.
- Average annual remuneration: 50k - 55k (depending on professional experience).
- Health insurance.
- House move support (if necessary).
Site: Production Unit located in the Picardy region (northern France).
