Job description (overview)
Overseeing offshore construction and installation activities. To ensure the successful execution of offshore operations, including vessel mobilization, equipment deployment, and subcontractor coordination. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders effectively while adhering to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
- Specialization in offshore engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in offshore engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in the renewable energy or offshore industry.
- Experience in offshore construction, installation, and commissioning activities, with a focus on wind energy projects.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Experience with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices in the offshore industry.
Hard Skills
- Expertise in offshore construction and installation, with a deep understanding of marine operations and logistics.
- Familiarity with offshore structural design principles, including support structures for wind turbines and associated infrastructure.
- Knowledge of dynamic positioning systems, mooring systems, and marine vessel operations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese communication (verbal and written).
